Hey Cousins ! Yea thats right, we are related. (at least according to my brother Darryl ) My Mothers Name was also Louise(Arsenault) Shepard Her mother Was Marie Arsenault. A first cousin of Angele. I’m sure you know the connection better then me by now. I’m also from P.E.I. Cardigan, but now live in Nashua,New Hampshire. I just happened to stumble upon your project and I would definitly like to support it. I am am Singer songwriter myself and I sing in a couple of bands down here. One local and one thats in the studio now getting ready for international touring in the summer ( God willing ) I think my MacMaster ties to Natalie helped me get into that one maybe ;) I am also going to embark on a solo CD of some sort in the near future as well I hope. Anyways…I appologise for my rambling but I just wanted to let yas know there is one more musician in the family and maybe someday we can get together and do a song. I’d really love to connect with my roots, now that I am older I appreciate them a lot more. so please send me your address so I can mail you some support ! Here is a link to a song I wrote about small towns, and how lucky we were to grow up in a place where the people never change and everyone looks out for each other. I hope you enjoy………

Angie…you are a musical prodigy in my mind. You have opened my eyes to new journeys through your music and for that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. The Roots Project is brilliant and it touches my heart knowing that the Arsenault family will be producing a very special album with all the influences you each bring to the record! I know this is going to be something very special and I am so proud to be a very small part of it. Merry Christmas and I look forward to what you deliver to us in 2012!

Of course I am in again. Very curious what the end product of this collaboration will be. If it will be anything like ‘Once upon a dream’ meets Irish folk, I would be thrilled.
